General Description:
The hotel is a brand new property, with an avant-garde design which means a new concept of service in its category, that offers all the guest services and comforts for the necessities of the new XXI century. 99 guest-rooms completely equipped, 2 of them for disabled guests, 19 of them are Duplex and 1 Suite. The hotel offers a free transfer service for areas near the hotel and economical rates for Ifema Fair, Barajas Airport and Madrid city centre. The hotel features 99 fully equipped guest rooms, including 2 which are suitable for disabled guests. All rooms offer comfort and modern amenities. Some of the standard rooms also contain a small terrace with furniture. A selection of the bathrooms are fitted with a shower cabinet with water massage feature. Others include a leather 'chaise longe'. All superior rooms types are comprised of 2 levels. In the lower section of the room, there is a toilet, living room, computer and music selection. In the upper section, there is a bedroom and bathroom, which includes a bathrobe and welcome slippers. All rooms are individual, decorated in a comfortable and ultramodern style. Furniture is varied, ranging from natural wood tones to a harmonious combination of violet, orange, green or white colours. The floors are also made of wood.
